Beacon Clinical Group is a New Brunswick–based organization founded in 2020, made up of a collaborative team of health care educators, consultants, and leaders. While rooted in New Brunswick, Beacon Clinical Group proudly provides services to organizations across Canada.
Our work focuses on strengthening clinical practice, building leadership capacity, and supporting person-centred care through specialized education, leadership development, administrator training, rehabilitation education, and other tailored learning opportunities. We work closely with health care and long-term care teams to ensure education and consulting services are practical, relevant, and aligned with the realities of day-to-day practice.

Cheyanne Culbert
Meet Our Founder
Cheyanne has over twenty years’ experience in long term care and is a skilled nurse educator. Cheyanne worked as a Director of Nursing in a NB nursing home and led a nursing care team to achieve Planetree Gold designation in person centered care.
Having been a teaching faculty member at the University of New Brunswick, Cheyanne recognized the knowledge and skill gap from the BN program to a leadership position in long term care when she made this transition in her own career. After completing her Master’s Degree in Nursing Education with a focus on leadership in long term care, Cheyanne is committed to helping other nurse leaders bridge this learning gap in a supportive environment.
